We know stock-outs are a major inconvenience, that’s why we back up every Purpose AV product with our daily in-stock promise. This means if we are out-of-stock of the item you need, we will upgrade you to the closest equivalent product at no-charge.

We want working with Purpose AV products to be easy. This means online ordering, low prepaid shipping and seamless returns. At our discretion, we will provide field destroy credits for any defective product or send you advanced replacements for any RMA’s you request.

We stand behind what we sell with a 10-Year warranty on all Purpose AV products. *PAV Surveillance and Media products have a 3 year warranty.
